I bought a 16-oz pie for $2.50.
The crust turned out quite nicely with a good number of flaky layers and a just a bit of soft bread-like crumb thrown in for variety. It felt just a little dry on its own, but the gravy provided plenty of moisture.
The vegetables stood out from the typical pot pie with a slightly different combo than the standard peas, carrots, and potatoes. Also, they had a bit more flavor and firmness than similar pot pies I've tried. Notably, there's an extra sweetness from the corn and carrots.
The chicken came in sizable cubes. Like a lot of the frozen stuff, there's not much of fibrous/stringy chicken texture to it, but it was tender enough with decent flavor.
The gravy was mostly creamy and salty but not overly so. It could probably use a bit more seasoning.
Overall, Boston Market's Chicken Pot Pie turned out to be pretty good. The crust and vegetables in particular stood out for their quality and the gravy wasn't too salty. I liked it better than most of the microwavable pot pies I've eaten.
