I got one with pepperoni on top for $6.
The crust sported a thin, crispy shell and was dense and reasonably soft inside.
It can pass for the texture of a soft pretzel, but the distinctive pretzel flavor doesn't kick it until the end crust. And when I say "kick," I mean "lightly nudge." I'm guessing that they only apply lye solution, which gives pretzels their signature taste, to the end crust.
The cheddar cheese sauce comes off like a warm nacho cheese sauce with a definite American cheese undertone. Compared to competitors like Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, Little Caesars definitely feels like there's a lot more cheese going on (but not much pepperoni) and combined with the cheese sauce and four-cheese blend, it melds together for a gooey buttery richness. It ends up feeling a bit more like cheese bread rather than pizza though. I think they were going for a pretzel-with-nacho-cheese-dip feel.
The pretzel salt on the end crust was quite liberally applied and made it really salty. I ended up just brushing most of the salt off; the various cheeses and sauce were already plenty salty enough.
Overall, Little Caesars Soft Pretzel Crust Pizza was interesting for its cheese sauce and crust, but felt like it was trying to be more cheese dip and pretzels rather than a pizza. I'm curious as to how it would taste with tomato sauce rather than cheese seeing as they don't even bother to offer it on these.
