It goes for $6.25 but I racked up enough rewards to get one for free.
The Holiday Turkey & Stuffing Panini was less Thanksgiving-style over-indulgence and more "just enough." There was just enough turkey, stuffing, and gravy to bring to mind the holiday but not really enough to celebrate it.
The gravy was just a paper thin layer spread on the top for a very light flavor. Since these are pre-made and packaged, they really can't add more without making it soggy inside the wrapper. I suppose they could have separated packets of gravy you add yourself though.
The turkey was moist with a decent enough flavor. There was just enough to cover the sandwich but it wasn't evenly distributed.
The stuffing was also moist with an enjoyable, slightly-sweet herby texture. The celery in it stood out, which could be a plus or minus depending on who you ask (it wasn't raw so I liked it). Oddly, the cranberry was less prominent. There were the occasional dried cranberries here and there, but that was about it.

The focaccia was toasted to a thin, crispy crust. Inside it was soft, but overly chewy.
Overall, Starbucks' Holiday Turkey & Stuffing Panini was just okay for me. The "just enough" filling left me struggling to get one balanced bite out of it. One bite would have mostly stuffing, while another would just be turkey.
