Specifically, you can get a free large 1-topping pizza when you buy any large pizza at the regular menu price.
If you want to save the most money, you'd buy a large cheese pizza to get the free pizza. Prices vary, but my local Papa Johns location charges $17.99 for a large cheese pizza or a large 1-topping pizza, which comes out to ~$9 per pizza. A specialty pizza at the same location costs $21.99.
The BOGO large pizza deal is available through April 6, 2025, at participating locations nationwide.
