Review: KFC - Potato Wedges

KFC Potato Wedges are lightly battered and seasoned with savory herbs and spices.  If you are a vegetarian, I'd steer clear as they are cooked in the same shortening as the fried chicken and probably have a bit of chicken fat from it.

Hm... reading my prior review of KFC's Popcorn Chicken Snack Box, I used to enjoy eating KFC's Potato Wedges... Now they taste too salty for me.  Did my taste change or did they just add more salt?!

I ate potato wedges from a Swanson TV dinner and they had a lot less salt than KFC's Potato Wedges and were so much better for it.  Maybe my local KFC has gone salt crazy with their Wedges.

In conclusion, I still like the batter but the salt is killing it for me.  KFC's Potato Wedges usually go for about $1.80 in the individual size around here but I've probably never bought for that much; I always get them as part of a combo or meal.
