Review: Taco Bell - Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

Taco Bell Chicken Flatbread Sandwich
Taco Bell's latest menu item, the Chicken Flatbread Sandwich is reminiscent of the Grande Quesadilla they had about a year or so ago, except cheaper and better tasting. The Chicken Flatbread Sandwich features white meat chicken, a blend of melted Cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheeses, and a creamy chipotle sauce folded inside a square of pillowy flatbread for an easy 99 cents.

It doesn't look like that much chicken, but there was enough for every bite. The chipotle sauce wasn't lost in the mix and surprisingly packed a fair bit of heat. The flatbread was warm and pillowy with just the slightest bit of crisping from being pressed. Taco Bell's Chicken Flatbread Sandwich feels a lot more like a sandwich then the Tortadas ever did. It's also less messy to eat!
Inside Tacobell's Chicken Flatbread Sandwich
Taco Bell's Chicken Flatbread Sandwich might be considered too small for more heartier eaters, but it's only 99 cents! Getting two is always a cheap option if you are super hungry. It was a good size for myself; I was pretty satiated after eating just one.
