Subway's latest promotion involves melted cheese, made-up words, and a couple of new subs: the Chipotle Steak & Cheese and the Chipotle Chicken & Cheese. For breakfast, there's the new Sunrise Breakfast Melt and Breakfast B.M.T.
In conjunction with the promotion, they are throwing around made-up words that play on the theme like "meltastic" and "meltalicious."
The Chipotle Steak & Cheese features sliced steak, green bell peppers and melted cheese topped with Chipotle southwest sauce (like most Subway new subs, you could build it before but now it's on the menu).
The Chipotle Chicken & Cheese changes up the formula slightly by replacing steak with grilled chicken.
With the Breakfast B.M.T., egg whites, Black Forest ham, salami and spicy pepperoni come together with melted cheese
And the Sunrise Breakfast Melt consists of turkey, bacon, Black Forest ham, egg white, and melted cheese with your choice of bread and veggies (this one is more like "somewhat new", it's been on the menu for a bit now).

Lots of fat, but much less fat than the other fast food places. Watch out for your Arteries, you have a lot of life to live! Go for the BMT, less fat.
ReplyDeletewill someone just tell me how much this f'ing thing is???!!
ReplyDelete(not really though I'm just gonna go to subway)
Subway is one of the fast food restaurants that are my choices for healthy foods. Even Wendy’s ranks lower for me.
ReplyDeleteIn my area, it's about $6 for the chicken melt footlong and around $7 for the steak footlong.
