I was super excited to try this one because I was told that Disneyland is the only place you can get a Dole Whip outside of Hawaii. A Dole Whip Float is a swirled mass of Dole Pineapple soft serve floating atop a half cup of pineapple juice. You can get a Dole Whip sans Float for $3.29 or go for the whole shebang at $4.79.
The stand is located just outside the Enchanted Tiki Room near the entrance of Adventureland and there is always a line, though its length varies throughout the day.
Pineapple juice really doesn't add much to a Dole Whip, they don't mix very well, especially when your brother drinks all the pineapple juice when you're not looking... it's nice to look at though. Other than that a Dole Whip is a good, but not great, refreshing pineapple soft serve much like they offer at many a frozen yogurt joint nowadays.
The price is reasonable for a theme park and a Dole Whip or Dole Whip Float is an especially nice break on a hot day after a spate of line-waiting. Between the two, I think I'll just opt for a regular Dole Whip next time and save me the extra buck fifty.
