To take advantage of the offer, you have to come into a Pei Wei on either Wednesday, January 26th, 2011 or Thursday, January 27th, 2011 to get a card good for one order of Korean BBQ (which is available with your choice of beef, chicken, or tofu). No purchase is necessary to pick up a card but, personally, I feel a little weird walking into a restaurant to pick up a card for free food and then just leaving (and I'm guessing Pei Wei is betting you would feel weird too).
The card itself can be redeemed starting Monday, January 31st, the day Pei Wei's new Korean BBQ dish launches, until February 6th.
