Dunkin' is touting the new donut as the their first shaped-donut but that is only true of the U.S.; I saw a bunch of heart-shaped donuts (among others) at Dunkin' Donuts in Taiwan on the Asia Trip. Dunkin' Taiwan calls them "Love Donuts" and they're cream-filled donuts that are carried year round.
Still, I'm sure many-a-loved-one would love a heart-shaped donut at work to snack on.
