News: Burger King - New $1 BK Single Stacker

For a limited-time, Burger King is offering the new BK Single Stacker for $1. The BK Single Stacker is a single-patty version of their current Stacker burgers. You can also double up or triple up on with extra patties and cheese with the BK Double Stacker for $2 or the BK Triple Stacker for $3.

I seem to remember they offered a similar promotion when they first introduced the BK Stackers a while back. Apparently, the BK Single Stacker is replacing the Buck Double on BK's menu.

Each BK Stacker features a simple formula of cheese, beef, bacon, and BK Stacker sauce with varying amounts of cheese and beef depending on whether you get a Single, Double, or Triple.

  1. All this math is making my brain hurt.

  2. Hm... it might be... I think it's kinda weird that they're discontinuing a burger that doesn't require any new ingredients to make and is a Double Cheeseburger with one less slice of cheese but I suppose a $1 BK Stacker would fill the same slot nicely.

  3. The single stacker IS a new item. The double triple and quad stackers have already been on the menu.

  4. I was at our local BK last night here in SW Ohio and was told Sunday was the last day for the Buck Double. The cashier at the Drive thru made the comment that maybe they would start making money now. I thought that was kind of a strange comment considering I can drive across the street and still get a McDouble for a buck.

  5. I was to my local BK in NW Ohio yesterday and they have discontinued the Buck Double. I wonder if this is related to the new stacker pricing?

  6. Haha, that's true, then you can get double the bacon as well and if you're worried about the extra carbs, you can just combine the two and toss one of the buns.

  7. Im kind of disappointed that they got rid of the buck double. I think they're just getting cheaper and using less meat on their value menu items.

  8. It's kind of a... dumb... pricing model. If you are in the mood for a double, why not get two singles instead at the same price?
