I inwardly chortle whenever TV advertising appears touting "a biscuit."
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!!!!!
An entire ONE biscuit!!!
At what cost to the firm selling the package meal deal?
I simply MUST scurry off to the firm making such a generous offering!!!!
Seems rather cheap, to me.
KFC is another firm with a one-biscuit offering.
yawn.
Where is the marketing pro to up the ante and make it TWO biscuits?!!!!
I betcha' that very minor expense for that extra biscuit will result in much more business with at least some of it diverted from the one-biscuit joint.
Oh, for the record. Both Popeye's in our burgh have closed down.
ReplyDeleteI noticed that very few customers entered and, interestingly, the same few in number departed.
I believe the high price, especially when considering the relative value of the food received for the money spent, is responsible for the lack of patronage and eventual demise of Popeye's locally.
If "out west" try Foster Farms chicken joint.
It's been quite a spell but when I dwelt in Californy they had the superior, by far, chicken offerings.
Haha, that's probably true.
ReplyDeleteThe calorie count shown (310 calories) includes JUST the shrimp - no biscuit, no sides.
