Pepperidge Farm's Gingerman cookies are different from the Gingerbread cookies they offer during the Christmas season. They're thinner and crisp rather than crunchy.
A 5-ounce bag retails for around $4.09 with sales prices ranging from $2 to $3.
These actually remind me of Pepperidge Farm's Bordeaux cookies but with a light cinnamon, ginger, and molasses flavor.
Unlike normal gingerbread cookies, these have air pockets and a different texture while retaining a satisfying crunch. I actually like the texture between than regular gingerbread cookies as there's a little bit more give here.
I like that there aren't any overpowering flavors leaving a very pleasant snacking experience.

This is the absolute best cookie for a sweet taste, yet not many calories. Crunchy, but with the full taste of ginger.
ReplyDeleteLove them.
They look pretty good, but I go with Milano's almost always in regards to Pepperidge Farms... those are too good. And for me at least, it's not like I can just afford to get a bunch of Pepperidge Farms cookies all the time. :)
