News: Sonic - New Baja Dog

Sonic is continuing their hot dog parade with their new, limited-time Baja Dog. The name might evoke images of salsa, hot sauce, or guacamole but you won't find any of that here.

The Baja Dog is priced at $1.99 and features a 100% beef hot dog with pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, chopped onions and spicy jalapenos served in a poppy seed bun.

    Interesting idea, I wonder why the other chains don't sell hot dogs. Sonic seems to be working on that market pretty well.

    As for calories, I can live with a 440 calorie hot dog. I wish they could get the sodium down some, but that's hardly unusual with a hot dog.
