While the nuggets are made with all white meat chicken, so are most fast food options. The difference is Lunchables Chicken Dunks come cold and soggy.
You can nuke them but they'd still be soggy. Chances are if your kids are bringing this to school, there's not going to be a microwave handy and they're going to be eating cold or lukewarm chicken.
The rest of the meal is standard: a Capri Sun mini-pouch of fruit punch (from concentrate of course) and a small piece of candy which while not much to look at it (it looks a bit like shiny Play-Doh) was my favorite part of the meal with its tart Starburst-like flavor.
