Tot toys are stuffed potato tot shaped stuffed plush dolls and, in this case, are made to resemble a popular cast of Justice League characters.
The ten Justice League Tots available are: Clark Kent, Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, The Flash, Hawkgirl, Aquaman, Supergirl, Bizarro, and Plastic Man. Sadly, it seems they were unable to license Batman and the Green Lantern.
Also available (but not as neat) is a special Tots card deck.
And the multi-million dollar lawsuit sure to come when a toddler swallows/inhales the things will lead to a recall and cancellation of this ploy to get owners of vile spawn to buy at Sonic.
ReplyDeleteOr... the lust for a marketing stroke of luck akin to the mini Beanie Baby ala McDs is the impetus to take the risk of a lawsuit and that insurance coverage will minimize corporate cost or that a settlement likely outside of court and much less than the publicized asking for lawsuit amount can be arranged by the corporation's in-house lawyers or other possible scenarios.
Something to consider if any of y'all start a fast-food firm and due to luck (and SMART work and skill and MORE luck) it expands..........
