According the Burger King website, the current national value menu items are: the Whopper Jr., Spicy Chick'N Crisp Sandwich, new Classic Chick'N Crisp Sandwich, Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Onion Rings, Garden Salad, and Dutch Apple Pie. There are additional items that vary per region.
New additions include Iced Coffee, Sundaes, the BK Single Stacker, Icee, Soft Serve Cone, and a Chicken Wrap thing that isn't currently on the BK menu. According to Burger Business, the wrap is the Crispy Chicken Wrap and will feature new Burger King Chicken Strips. The Crispy Chicken Wrap is currently only available in select markets but I'd expect a national rollout is on the way.
