Little Caesars Thin Crust Pizza is an option they offer at my local Little Caesars pizzeria. It's not listed on their website menu, so I guess it's only available at select locations.
It was
$6 for a large.
From a top-down view, it looks a lot like their regular Hot-N-Ready pizza. It's when you look from an angle or from the side where you see how thin and flat it is.
Like most Little Caesars pizzas, the thin crust version is basic but pretty good in its simplicity. There's good cheese coverage and just enough sauce with a foldable crust. The end crust is crisp and crunchy though. It's not quite New York-style, but among the big pizza chains, it comes the closest.
It's thin crust but still feels like pizza dough whereas similar thin crust offerings from Domino's and Pizza Hut feels a bit cracker-like.
If thin crust pizza is your thing, a single-topping version at Little Caesar is worth a try if you just want a basic but good pizza.
