The Santa Fe Steak Melts include the Santa Fe Steak & Bacon Melt and the Santa Fe Steak, Bacon, and Egg Melt (breakfast only).
What makes the Santa Fe Steak Melts different from the standard Subway Steak & Cheese, besides the addition of bacon, is a combination of two different sauces: a spicy green chili sauce and a creamy Santa Fe Caesar sauce made from poblano peppers. It should make for quite a kick.
