Part of Taco Bell's new Dessert Menu, they go for 99 cents a pop.
This reminded me a lot of Baja Fresh's Churro (something I've missed since my local Baja Fresh closed). It has a similar shape, but is a little thinner and a bit longer.

Taco Bell's Churro wasn't warm so much as lukewarm, but had a nice, thin crispy shell.
The insides were satisfyingly moist and almost gooey. There's a very nice contrast between the crust and crumb.
My only real nitpick is that my particular churro had an almost mouth-drying amount of cinnamon. It was just slightly too dusty, but not enough to have me reaching for water.
Other than just a little too much cinnamon, Taco Bell's Churro was real good and my favorite item on the new dessert menu. Between Taco Bell and Baja Fresh's version, I still give a slight nod to Baja Fresh for the freshly fried experience.
