For the most part, the Five Sausage Pizza is typical nondescript chain pizza: uniform crust, not much crustiness, plain cheese, and just a little bit of slightly sweet pizza sauce.
Besides, the smoked sausage, which looks like sliced pieces of a Hillshire Farm's smoked sausage, the other four sausage looked very similar to each other. In fact, the pork sausage, mild Italian sausage, and spicy Italian sausage looked more or less the same. I really couldn't tell the difference visually. The chorizo was the same taste and size, but had a reddish tinge to it.
Texture-wise, the sausages were all the same except for the sliced smoked sausage, which was of a slightly finer grind. The rest of the sausages were pretty much like any other major pizza chain in texture; you'd think there would be more sausage variations between the chains, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Taste-wise, the chorizo was the most notable and interesting of the bunch, with a decent spiced flavor and a bit of a bite. The smoked sausage tasted the same as the store-bought links. The other three sausages tasted mostly the same and if I didn't pick off sausages and eat them one by one for this review, I probably would have thought that this was a Three Sausage Pizza. Of the three indistinguishable sausages, some were intensely herby, I think some of the herby ones might have been slightly peppery (but not by much), and some were pretty plain.
Overall, the Five Sausage Pizza was fairly run-of-the-mill and not all too different from a regular sausage pizza. There's a little more flavor than the regular sausage, but I like a few more interesting touches in a limited-time pizza.

I agree with the review. I tried it a few months ago. I also felt 2 of the sausages were dominant in flavor compared to the rest. It still isn't a bad option for sausage pizza lovers.
