Review: Trader Joe's - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Filled Cupcakes

Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes are chocolate cups cakes filled with a peanut butter cream and topped with a dark chocolate ganache icing.

They come four to a box for $3.99.

I've tried a fair bit of cupcakes in my time, from home-made to fancy gourmet ones and Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter version are some good cupcakes, especially with the chocolate-peanut butter combo!

The cake portion is magically moist and chocolaty, which is pretty cool when you consider that they're free of preservatives.

The peanut butter cream is light and tastes just like peanut butter, but with a light and fluffy texture.

The dark chocolate comes in from the rich, dense, and decadent ganache icing. If you've ever tried T.Joe's Chocolate Ganache Torta, it's the same delicious stuff.

Overall, Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes are tasty deliciousness, especially if you like chocolate and peanut butter. At a buck a cupcake, the price is pretty affordable as well.

    They are awesome! But yeah, I'd say cupcakes are pretty big here in the U.S., we have a show on Food Network called "Cupcake Wars."
