News: IHOP - Red Velvet Pancakes Return

IHOP returns Red Velvet Pancakes to their menu. Introduced in the summer of last year, it looks like this time, its stay might be an extended one as it's now designated as a "Signature Pancake" (update: they're only around until April 14, 2013).

The dish comes in a four-stack featuring chocolaty Red Velvet Pancakes topped with a cream cheese icing, powdered sugar, and a dollop of whipped topping for good measure.

It's also available in several combos where you can get a two-stack of pancakes and several combinations of eggs, hash browns, and various breakfast meats.

I tried these last year when a stack of four was offered on the menu at my local IHOP at $4.99.
