I don't know where they got their inspiration for this one... But it ain't Mole! I happen to know because I'm Mexican (not Mexican-American but a 100% Mexicano living in Mexico city BTW) Mole would never have lime juice, paprika or sundried tomato. If they wanted to borrow elements from mole, they should use chocolate, peanuts, chile ancho..
