News: El Pollo Loco - New Chicken Fajita Stuffed Quesadilla and More

El Pollo Loco is offering a new Chicken Fajita Stuffed Quesadilla plus a new salad and two new tacos. The Chicken Fajita Stuffed Quesadilla features fire-grilled chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, sauteed peppers and onions, avocado, cilantro, and poblano cream sauce wrapped with a hexagonally-folded, grilled flour tortilla.

Continuing the fajita theme, they're also offering the new Avocado Fajita Salad as part of their 3-Course Family Meal. The salad comes with with sliced avocado, sauteed peppers and onions, black beans, cilantro, pico de gallo, fried tortilla strips, poblano cream sauce, shredded monterey jack cheese, and a lettuce blend with a creamy cilantro dressing (a version with chicken is also available).

On the taco side, there's the Spicy Chicken Soft Taco and Chicken Avocado Soft Taco.

The Spicy Chicken Soft Taco consists of a white corn tortilla filled with fire-grilled chicken, cabbage, sliced avocado, red chipotle salsa, cotija cheese, and creamy poblano sauce.

The Chicken Avocado Soft Taco features fire-grilled chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced avocados, pico de gallo, and creamy poblano sauce.
