Hot Shot Bites are made with chunks of white meat chicken and a spicy cayenne pepper marinade.
Similar to the Original Recipe Bites introductory promotion, Hot Shot Bites are available in a combo with six Bites, a side, and a drink for $3.99.
For a bigger portion, you can also get 10 Hot Shot Bites plus 8 pieces of Boneless chicken for $15.99.
Interestingly, KFC has used the "Hot Shots" moniker for similar products internationally, such as these from KFC Turkey.
You can check out the television spot KFC is using to promote their latest Bites:
Nutritional info not available. I'm told KFC doesn't release it for limited-time items, but that it shouldn't be too different from Original Recipe Bites, which I've posted below for reference.

It seems like KFC keeps rehashing this same product over and over and over. A spicy, boneless chicken nugget has been on their menu in one form or another for the past 5 years.
ReplyDeleteAt least they have that option back.. I dunno I see what you're saying, but it doesn't seem like the worst thing to get in terms of fast food. I don't like everything KFC does, the boneless chicken is one example, but their "bites" aren't bad so I think a spicy version sounds okay.
ReplyDeleteTried this today. Pretty dang good. They are really spicy actually. But id get them again..tasty!
ReplyDeleteThese are good!
