Pizza Hut's latest limited-time deal is on a Large 1-Topping Pizza for $6.55 with carryout orders only and only from Monday through Thursday.
The deal compares to a carryout promotion being offered by rival Domino's where you can get a Large 3-Topping Pizza for $7.99 from Monday through Thursday (because people tend to order more pizza during the weekend).
Pizza Hut is also currently offering a limited-time deal for any carryout pizza for $10 (except Stuffed Crust pizzas).

Not bad but for price I would go with the Domino's due to better choice of toppings.
ReplyDeleteI wish they would stop cutting out the stuffed crust pizza, I understand why they would do that because it obviously costs more than the other crust, but that's the only reason I would buy pizza from pizza hut.
ReplyDeleteI just wish they would give you the option to upgrade their deals for a couple bucks more.. $8.99 for a stuffed crust pizza early in the week would be great. I still think these offers are pretty good generally though.
ReplyDeleteI wish they would stop doing this early in the week only. I need food on Saturdays and Sundays. I get real pizza from the pizzeria during the week. NYC pizza is so much better than Pizza Hut, and leagues better than Dominos and Papa Johns.
ReplyDeleteThey do it because their sales numbers tend to be weaker early in the week as most people tend to buy pizza Friday through Sunday, which is why you don't typically see a weekend deal going on unless it's during the Super Bowl or something.
ReplyDeleteI worked for Pizza Hut for a few years in college and our manager would often give special deals like that if you asked. make sure you ask for the manager, ask politely and indicate you will likely be ordering much more often if he is willing to honor that deal in the future too.
ReplyDeleteYou can get more toppings if you want. It just costs a bit more. Also, if you ask if they will match Dominoes' deal, most Pizza Hut managers will do it. Just tell them you prefer pizza hut, so if they will match that deal you will always order from Pizza Hut. 90% of their managers will give you the deal.
ReplyDeleteGood to know, maybe I'll give that a shot some time. Thanks for the suggestion :)
ReplyDeletePizza places don't need your business on the weekends. Everyone orders then. It's the weeknights they need to entice you for.
ReplyDeleteWay to post something original that the site owner didn't already say.. oh wait...
ReplyDeleteActually, I go to the real pizza place on Wednesday and Fridays, and they're much busier on Wednesday than Friday. And on the rare occasion I go in on the weekends, they're deserted.
ReplyDeleteThey absolutely need the business on the weekends. People are more likely to go to restaurants on the weekends than go for pizza.
