News: Denny's Hobbit-Inspired 2013 Holiday Menu

Denny's is offering a Hobbit-inspired theme to their 2013 holiday menu, including the option to build your own "Hobbit Slam" from a selection of breakfast items.

The menu draws its inspiration from this year's The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug movie so, of course, there's a Smaug burger called "Smaug's Fire Burger."

The new Smaug's Fire Burger is a spicy affair with a hand-pressed beef patty seasoned with a 7-pepper blend, spicy X-sauce (as in "X" marks the spot I think...), Jalapeno Bottle Caps (where do they come up with these names...), melted Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and pickles on a grilled Cheddar bun for $8.49 (may vary). It's served with a side of fries.
