Einstein Bros. and Noah's Bagels are showcasing cinnamon as their holiday flavor for 2013. The season holiday menu features the Cinnamon Cream Cheese, Cinnamon Toast Egg Panini, and Cinnamon Caramel Latte among others.

Here's the full holiday line up:

- Cinnamon Cream Cheese - Double-whipped cream cheese with a sweet cinnamon flavor.

- Cinnamon Toast Egg Panini - Egg, bacon, cheddar, and a cinnamon-butter blend on a grilled Cinnamon Raisin Bagel.

- Cranberry Turkey Panini - Warm turkey, house-made cranberry sauce, double-whipped plain shmear, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, fresh spinach, and bacon on grilled Ciabatta bread.

- Cinnamon Caramel Latte - A latte (espresso and steamed milk) with cinnamon and caramel notes topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Available hot, iced, or frozen.

- Cookie Crumble Latte - A snickerdoodle-flavored latte topped with whipped cream and crushed snickerdoodle cookie. Available hot, iced, or frozen.

- Winter Blend Coffee - Coffee with a mix of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg flavors. Available in prepared in store as drip coffee or in retail packages to brew at home.
