Recipe: White Castle Wants You to Stuff Your Turkey with Sliders

White Castle wants you to stuff your Thanksgiving turkey with their signature Sliders and have just the recipe to do it.

Instead of breadcrumbs or sausage, 10 White Castle Original Sliders provide buns, ground beef, and grilled onions.

Here's the recipe for Original White Castle Turkey Stuffing in case you're so inclined:

Ingredients:
  • 10 White Castle Sliders (fresh from the restaurant or frozen), pickles removed
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon each of ground thyme and ground sage
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
Simply tear burgers into small pieces; put them into a large mixing bowl with the celery, thyme, sage and black pepper; toss to combine. Add chicken broth and toss again. Stuff the mixture into the turkey cavity just before roasting.

  1. I tried these last year. I think I could 9 pieces with my meal. It was pretty good. But, I love Popeye's chicken more. I'd also like to try Popeye's shrimp or crawfish.

  2. I was hoping you would do a review of Walgreens exclusive Ben & Jerry's flavor Truffle Trifecta - thanks!

  3. I really enjoyed the ones I've had and found that they tasted even better when I heated them up in the regular oven (32 minutes).

What I like about the LYFE Kitchen meals are that you don't microwave them in a plastic tray. They contain meats that haven't been given any hormones or antibiotics and none of the ingredients are apparently from factory farming but small organic or clean foods - ie no pesticides on the veggies (no monsanto gmo stuff) and no artificial flavors or anything else is added. I doubt that the other brand choices above can make that claim!

  5. Am I the only person who thinks this sounds absolutely disgusting? Another thing to consider is how many bathrooms does your house have? "The Belly Bomber Bird" might be a hit at thanksgiving but your septic system will take a hit afterwards.
