A 10-ounce box comes with four mini sandwiches wrapped in packs of two. I found this box on sale for $3.
I'm always leery of frozen buns as they don't tend to turn out very well in my experience, although garlic bread somehow manages to turn out decently.
Unfortunately, these mini buns didn't fare too well. They managed to be dry and chewy. I did not enjoy the buns at all and was mightily tempted to toss them and just eat the chicken patties.
Of course, Tyson's known more of a chicken company than a bread company, so it's no surprise that the chicken patties were pretty good. They were juicy with a really nice thickness to them as well as some purely visual grill marks (i.e. they didn't add any flavor).
The Buffalo seasoning was fairly light but tasty. It's not as intense nor as messy as a proper Buffalo wing but manages to capture the flavor in a toned-down version that's still good in its own right.
Overall, Tyson's Buffalo Mini Grilled Chicken Sandwiches are a pass for me (as in "I'll pass" and not they "pass."). The buns are just really that poor. I'd pick them up if they just sold the patties alone and buy my own buns.
