News: Bruegger's 2014 Summer Menu

Bruegger's adds three new menu items for their 2014 summer menu and also brings back a seasonal item.

New this year are the Jalapeno Bacon & Egg Sandwich, Edamame & Beet Salad, and Whipped Blueberry Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt.

Returning is Island Coconut Iced Coffee (also available hot).

The Jalapeno Bacon & Egg Sandwich features a zesty sofrito sauce made with green bell peppers, cilantro, garlic and roasted onions, plus jalapeno bacon, cheddar cheese, and a fresh cracked egg on a 12-grain bagel. Sofrito is a sauce that is typically found Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American cooking as a base. The price tag is $4.79 (may vary).

The Edamame & Beet Salad comes with beefs, lean grilled chicken, blue cheese, and pickled onions with a honey-orange vinaigrette. The salad goes for $5.79 for a cafe size and $7.29 for a full size portion (may vary).

Bruegger's 2014 summer menu is available through September 15, 2014. at all Bruegger's Bagels locations.
