Carl's Jr. adds two new spicy breakfast items to the menu with new Chorizo, Egg & Cheese Biscuits and Chorizo, Egg & Cheese Burritos. Chorizo is a heavily-seasoned sausage popular in Spanish and Mexican cuisine.

The Chorizo, Egg & Cheese Biscuit features crumbled chorizo cooked with eggs and topped with pepper jack cheese on a "Made from Scratch" biscuit.

The Chorizo, Egg & Cheese Burrito features crumbled chorizo, scrambled eggs, shredded jack and cheddar cheeses, Hash Rounds, and pico de gallo, wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla.

The new biscuit sandwich carries a suggested price of $2.29 and the burrito goes for $3.49 (may vary). They're also available in a combo with Hash Rounds and a drink for $3.79 and $4.99, respectively.

In addition to the two new items, the Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich is back for a limited time and available for free with the purchase of a Big Chicken Fillet Sandwich Combo at participating Carl's Jr. restaurants. Otherwise, it's $1.49 (may vary).
