Around the World: McDonald's Romania Steps Up with Mozzarella Pesto Bites

While mozzarella cheesesticks are common enough here in the States, McDonald's has kicked up the flavor over in Romania, where they're currently offering new mozzarella bites with pesto.

Rather than leaving you to dip the bites in sauce, there's pesto mixed in with the melted mozzarella filling. The crust is your typical seasoned breading.

Considering that McDonald's has been seen testing mozzarella sticks here in the US, maybe they should try testing these instead.
