Church's Chicken Unveils New Chicken Fried Steak

Church's Chicken unveils new Chicken Fried Steak as October comes to a close. The dish is so-named because it's a cut of tenderized steak that's breaded and deep-fried like fried chicken (I've also come across the occasional "Chicken Fried Chicken" now and again, which I've always thought is funny/weird).

The Chicken Fried Steak is served with peppery white gravy and is available in a combo/platter that also includes mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a biscuit for $3.99 (price may vary).

While Chicken Fried Steak is new nationally, it's actually been offered by Church's before regionally, but I've never seen it here in California.
