New Buttermilk Biscuit Butterfly Shrimp at Popeyes

Butterfly Shrimp is back at Popeyes and it comes with a new buttermilk twist. They've basically dipped the shrimp in buttermilk biscuit batter before frying and are calling it "Buttermilk Biscuit Butterfly Shrimp."

As usual with their limited-time promotion items, the new Buttermilk Biscuit Butterfly Shrimp are offered in a combo for $4.99. The combo consists of eight pieces of Buttermilk Biscuit Butterfly Shrimp, Cajun Fries (or a side of your choice), a Buttermilk Biscuit, and Blackened Tartar dipping sauce. The sauce is a traditional tartar sauce mixed with garlic, black pepper, red pepper, and paprika.

The new shrimp and accompanying sauce is available through November 30, 2014 at participating Popeyes locations.
