Part of the kid's menu, the dish features one buttermilk pancake with a whipped topping smile and eyes, and a strawberry nose, plus eight pieces of candy corn and two mini Oreo cookies so that kids can finish decorating the face as they like.
As an added treat, kids can enjoy the pancakes for free at participating IHOP restaurants, from 7 am to 10 pm on Halloween, Friday, October 31, 2014.
Another seasonal favorite back this month are the chain's Pumpkin Pancakes. While Scary Face Pancakes are only available through the end of the month, Pumpkin Pancakes are available through the end of the year.
