Milk Chocolate Flavored Pringles feature the distinctive potato crisps sprinkled with a powdered milk chocolate flavor.
A 6.52-ounce canister was
$1.50.
Along with the
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Pringles, these are currently exclusive to Walmart and only available seasonally as a holiday flavor.
The milk chocolate-flavored powder comes sporadically sprinkled on each chip but doesn't result in an uneven flavor. With a combination of cocoa and sugar, it tastes a lot like you'd expect if you sprinkled Nesquik or other similar sweetened cocoa mixes onto a Pringles crisp.
Basically, it's a sweet chocolate milk taste with an underlying note of slightly oily, salted potato. Other than that you get the same dry, crispy texture Pringles are known for.
Overall, Milk Chocolate Flavored Pringles make for an interesting combination of sweet cocoa and potato. It doesn't taste bad but it's a little weird and not something I'd gravitate towards. Also, it doesn't really feel like Christmas. If it's going to be weird anyway, maybe they should have tried mint chocolate?
