It cost me $11 for a large pizza with a carryout deal (the pizza is normally $14.99).
There's a lot of contrasting flavors going on here and most of it was from the creamy garlic parmesan sauce and sweet and tangy balsamic drizzle. Whoever did the drizzle on my pizza seemed like he/she had hit the sauce prior and as a result, a few of my bites felt very wet. Fortunately, the balsamic wasn't intense and struck a decent balance between a pleasant sweetness and light vinegar tang. Combined, the two made for an interesting combination that's a bit too busy for my liking.
The bacon wasn't crispy but added an enjoyable smoky saltiness. Beside the sauces, it was the most noticeable topping tastewise.
Overall, Pizza Hut's Pretzel Piggy Pizza was a miss for me. It wasn't bad but felt jumbled with too much going on. This is one of those "less is more" situations. If I got it again, I would nix the drizzle and pretzel salt.
