While it's packaged, it's only available at Dunkin' Donuts stores. They go for about $1.79 each but I received this courtesy of Dunkin' Donuts.
These look to provide a hit of energy with 8 B vitamins and 12mg of caffeine per bar (compared to about 178mg in a medium 14-oz brewed coffee from Dunkin').
The main ingredient is rolled oats and there isn't any added crunch from nuts or the like. The bar is good for 7 grams of protein though, which seems to mostly come from "soy protein crisps."
The top of the bar is decorated with a drizzled line of cream-flavored icing. I think it's meant to be the cream for your coffee and, indeed, it does provide a sweet creaminess that's quite enjoyable and goes well with the granola bar's coffee flavor.
Overall, Dunkin' Donut's Dunkin' Go Bar is pretty good. Both the coffee flavor and the creamy icing were tasty and complemented each other very nicely.
