Lunchables Pancake and Bacon Dippers consist of mini pancakes and bacon bits with syrup for dipping.

The pancakes are less like pancakes and more like packaged snack cakes, except without the oiliness that some snack cakes have.
They're not nearly as sweet as snack cakes but have that denser but still spongy, soft texture to them, whereas pancakes tend to be fluffier and floppier. There's just a slight hint of maple sweetness to the Lunchables mini pancakes. Once you eat it with the syrup though, it's harder to catch.
The syrup is fairly standard. Not rich or buttery, but very sweet with a touch of maple, much like most supermarket brands. There's quite a bit of it for four mini pancakes and I can't help but wonder if some kids end up drinking it and bouncing off the walls (maybe I should test with my nephews...). I don't know about kids, but the pancakes have just enough sweetness that I'm fine just forgoing the syrup.
The bacon comes in tiny bits. It's not unexpected but they're not crisp nor crunchy at all. There's an artificial smokiness to them and some of the pieces are literally just bits of fat. I feel like it would have been better to just have a few strip pieces rather than bits (but maybe they just used the leftover trimmings from the strips for this).
Overall, Lunchables Pancakes and Bacon Dippers were a mixed bag for me. The pancakes were pretty decent but the bacon was a bit off-putting, especially with the squishy bits of fat. I'm surprised they didn't go with mini sausages or hot dogs, given that these are meant for kids.
