Pieology's Cinnamon Sugar Strips features the same round of dough that they use for their 11.5" pizzas, but topped with cinnamon, sugar, and icing rather than a savory sauce, toppings, and cheese.
It's enough dessert for a party of four but only costs
$2.95.
While the crust crisped a little here and there, it was mostly soft and could have spent some more time in the oven. I recommend just asking them to leave it to bake a bit longer (or maybe a lot longer).
Other than the slightly undercooked gummy texture, the cinnamon sugar flavor was classic and enjoyable. The icing was, unsurprisingly, very sweet and too much so for me to really eat more than one strip. I would rather just do without and get it with only cinnamon and sugar.
Overall, Pieology's Cinnamon Sugars Strips are a nice concept and an easy offer that similar chains also carry. It's also very cheap for what you get i.e. a good value. That being said, their version could use more oven time and less icing. I wonder if they could do a cinnamon toast option with just a light spread of butter and cinnamon-sugar.
