While details are sparse, Bloomberg reports that test locations will serve hash browns and Egg Muffins, plus a selection of other unspecified breakfast sandwiches. I'd guess the test would be at the same locations that they offer their Breakfast After Midnight menu, and feature the same breakfast items since that would be easiest to implement.
