They're calling it, simply enough, the "Flamin' Hot Cheetos Thickburger" and it was spotted by one of the readers/viewers over at Wreckless Eating (no relation).
Apparently, there are two versions of the burger: the one pictured with Cheetos, cheese sauce, what looks to be pepper jack cheese, a Thickburger Angus patty, lettuce, and tomato; and another version (which one of the guys at Wreckless Eating ended up trying), which forgoes the pepper jack, lettuce, and tomato for more Flamin' Hot Cheetos and cheese sauce. That's right. The second version comes with Cheetos and cheddar cheese sauce both above and below the burger patty.
If you're looking to try the new burger, it was spotted both in Lynwood, CA and Huntington Park, CA (I reached out to a company rep to see if they'd reveal a few locations, but they said it might bias the test).
Or, if that's too much of a hassle, it's easy enough to go buy a plain Thickburger and cram it with Cheetos and cheese sauce until you're satisfied.
