Review: Frito-Lay - Tapatio Doritos

Tapatio-flavored Doritos tortilla chips feature the flavor of Tapatio hot sauce.

I paid $1.99 for a 11-oz bag on sale.

There's a moderately hot, vinegary tang to the chips along with a hint of the red peppers and some spice.

Besides the hot sauce flavor, these also come with a cheesy profile similar to Nacho Cheese Doritos. It's a really nice combo.

The chips have the same slightly bubbled crispiness that's a hallmark of the Doritos line.

Overall, Tapatio-flavored Doritos tortilla chips were a very enjoyable mix of spicy heat and nacho cheese. It's odd that they don't mention the cheese except in the ingredients though.
