Buffalo Wild Wings Launches New Beer-Infused Food Menu

Buffalo Wild Wings has partnered with The Boston Beer Company (best known for Samuel Adams beer) to come up with a limited-time menu of food incorporating the company's beer.

The menu includes:

- Beer Cheese Dippers made with Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer - Cheddar dip cooked with OctoberFest beer and topped with bacon and green onions. Served with Chipotle BBQ pretzel bites, salt & vinegar kettle chips, and tortilla chips.

- The Boston Lager Burger - Red onions and button mushrooms braised in-house with Samuel Adams Boston Lager atop a burger with Swiss cheese and garlic mustard sauce on a brioche bun.

- The Rebel Flatbread Caesar - A fresh-baked flatbread topped with grilled chicken, parmesan and mozzarella, and Romaine lettuce tossed with Rebel Caesar dressing made with Samuel Adams Rebel IPA, croutons, and diced tomatoes.

- The Angry Orchard Peach Chicken Sandwich - A crispy or grilled chicken sandwich featuring peach salsa made with diced peaches, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro, vinegar, and Angry Orchard Hard Cider. Also included are shredded lettuce and Cool Heat sauce on a brioche bun.

For the chain's signature wings, there's now limited-edition Angry Orchard Fiery Apple sauce made with Angry Orchard Hard Cider and Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey.

The new, limited-time menu is available this summer through August 30, 2015.
