Lean Cuisine's Herb Roasted Chicken features white meat chicken with a creamy herb sauce, roasted potatoes, and broccoli florets.

While the chicken looked like a breast fillet, it's listed in the ingredients as a chicken breast patty and appeared to be ground chicken made to look like a chicken breast. The grind was coarser than, say, a Chicken McNugget though. It's juicy with a little seasoning to it but the chicken taste was lacking.
It's actually the sauce rather than the chicken that provided most of the herbiness as well a robust, creamy flavor.
The vegetables were overcooked and somewhat on the mushy side as a result. Unlike a lot of these types of "healthy" frozen meals, there was a nice seasoned flavor to them.
Overall, Lean Cuisine's Herb Roasted Chicken was a mixed bag for me. I liked the sauce and the vegetables were tasty if overly soft, but the chicken was just okay.
