The chicken is available in both bone-in and tender varieties. It features a coating of sauce spiced with cayenne and paprika and comes topped with pickles.
The new dish is basically KFC's rendition of a style of fried chicken by the same name (also known as "hot chicken") that's popular in the South and is considered a local specialty of Nashville, TN.
