Please note that a lot of the bonus cards are more like bonus coupons and are not quite like gift cards. They typically have no cash value and an expiration date. You should check with the respective restaurants for details if you have any questions. I've listed the expiration dates where I could find them.
Some are online only, while others are at participating locations only so be sure to ask.

- Applebee's - Get a Mystery Value bonus card (up to $25) when you buy $50 in gift cards. Offer good through 1/3/16. Bonus card expires 2/28/16.
- Benihana - Get a $10 bonus card for every $50 in gift cards you buy through December 31, 2015. Bonus card is valid 1/2/16 through 3/31/16.
- BJ's Brewhouse - Get a $10 bonus card for every $50 worth of BJ's eGift Cards purchased, while supplies last through December 25, 2015. Bonus card is valid 12/26/15 - 2/29/16.
- Buca di Beppo - Get a $10 bonus card with every $50 gift card purchase. Bonus card is valid 1/1/16 - 2/28/16).
- California Pizza Kitchen - Get a $10 bonus when you buy $50 in gift cards through December 29, 2015. Bonus card is valid 1/11/16 - 2/28/16.
- Carl's Jr. / Hardee's - Get a coupon for a 1/3 lb. Original Six Dollar Thickburger with every $20 or more gift card purchased online through December 27, 2016. Coupon expires 3/31/16.
- Cheesecake Factory - Cyber Monday - Get two eSlice of Joy Cards (each good for a free slice of cheesecake) for every $25 in gift cards or eGift cards purchased online on Monday, November 30, 2015 (beginning at 12:00 a.m. PST). Each eSlice of Joy Card is redeemable from 1/116 - 3/31/16.
The rest of the season get one eSlice of Joy Card for every $25 in gift cards purchased.

- TGI Friday's - Get a $5 bonus card for every $25 spent on egift cards. Bonus card is valid 1/1/16-2/29/16.
- White Castle - Free $5 bonus card with purchase of $25 in gift cards through December 31, 2015, while supplies last. Bonus card good from January 1 through February 29, 2016. The gift cards can be purchased at White Castle restaurants or online through the House of Crave, White Castle’s online gift shop.
