Beyond the U.S., there are a number of international markets participating in the deal including Canada, Dominican Republic, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Russia, United Kingdom, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia, but not Puerto Rico.
